Dubb Pricing per User for Pro, Pro Plus and Enterprise
What Dubb Starter, Pro, Pro Plus, Enterprise and the separate Sales Agent cost, which plan you need for HubSpot, Salesforce, automation and admin controls, and what 1 to 10 reps pay a year.
Dubb costs $0 on the Starter plan, $42 per user per month on Pro billed annually ($499 a year, or $59 month to month), and $90 per user per month on Pro Plus billed annually ($1,080 a year, or $129 monthly). Enterprise is quoted. The Dubb Sales Agent, an AI assistant that runs inside Slack, is billed separately at $50 a month with 50,000 AI credits. For most sales teams the deciding question is the CRM: HubSpot works on Pro, but Salesforce, automated follow-ups and admin controls all start on Pro Plus.
Every number below was read from dubb.com/pricing and its plan comparison table in October 2026, in US dollars per user before tax. Dubb advertises 30 percent savings on yearly billing, and the figures hold up: $42 against $59 is 29 percent, $90 against $129 is 30 percent.

How much does Dubb cost a year for a sales team?
One Pro seat costs $499 a year on yearly billing and $708 if you pay $59 a month for twelve months. One Pro Plus seat costs $1,080 a year, or $1,548 on monthly billing. Dubb bills every user who records and sends, so multiply by the reps on the plan.
| Reps | Pro, yearly | Pro, monthly x 12 | Pro Plus, yearly | Pro Plus, monthly x 12 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $499 | $708 | $1,080 | $1,548 |
| 3 | $1,497 | $2,124 | $3,240 | $4,644 |
| 5 | $2,495 | $3,540 | $5,400 | $7,740 |
| 10 | $4,990 | $7,080 | $10,800 | $15,480 |
Add $600 a year if you also run the Sales Agent at its base price. It draws on its own credit pool, so heavy use means top-ups on top of that.
Is the Dubb free plan enough for business use?
Only for a short test. Starter caps you at 25 videos in SD with 25 MB uploads, and the comparison table shows no video download, no captions, no calls to action, no custom branding and no CRM connection. A rep who sends three videos a week uses the 25 video allowance in about two months, and the prospect sees a plain Dubb-branded page in the meantime. Treat Starter as a way to see the Chrome extension and mobile app before you pay, not as a plan.
Dubb Pro or Pro Plus for your team?
Pro is the plan most individual reps, agents and coaches buy. It removes the video limit, adds HD, the teleprompter, branded pages with unlimited calls to action, mass email and SMS campaigns, a 10,000 contact CRM and the HubSpot connection. It also includes Dubb's AI set: the Ava avatar, Vera text to video and the Niva narrator, so you can send something without recording every time.
Pro Plus costs more than twice as much per user, and the table shows exactly where the money goes:
- Salesforce. HubSpot is on Pro, Salesforce starts on Pro Plus. A 10 rep Salesforce team pays $10,800 a year, not $4,990.
- Automation. Automated emails, SMS, tasks and deals, plus automation reporting and customer journey tracking, are Pro Plus features. On Pro you schedule campaigns by hand.
- Team management. Team groups, admin controls, announcements and custom user permissions start on Pro Plus. A manager who needs to control what reps can do is buying Pro Plus for everyone.
- Setup help. Pro Plus includes custom CRM setup, email campaign setup, ad pixel setup, video coaching and 1:1 Zoom support. Pro gets daily live training and live chat.
- Branding and scale. A custom domain, 4K, 3 GB uploads and 50,000 contacts against 10,000 on Pro.
The rule of thumb: a solo seller or a small team on HubSpot buys Pro. A team on Salesforce, or one whose manager needs admin controls and automated follow-up, buys Pro Plus. SSO, API access and compliance controls mean an Enterprise quote.
Dubb pricing compared with BombBomb, Vidyard and Loom
| Tool and plan | Per user a year, yearly billing | CRM connection on this plan | Free plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dubb Pro | $499 | HubSpot | Yes, 25 SD videos |
| Dubb Pro Plus | $1,080 | HubSpot and Salesforce | Yes |
| BombBomb Core | $432 | None, Gmail and Outlook | No, 14 day trial |
| BombBomb Core + Copilot | $672 | Outreach, Microsoft Dynamics, Total Expert | No |
| Vidyard Starter | $708 | None, CRM sync on quoted Teams plan | Yes, 5 recordings a month |
| Loom Business | About $180 | Salesforce on Enterprise | Yes |
On price alone, BombBomb Core is the cheapest dedicated sales video seat at $432 a year, and our BombBomb pricing breakdown per user shows what Core + Copilot adds. Dubb Pro costs $67 more per seat but includes HubSpot, campaigns, SMS and AI avatars that BombBomb does not offer on Core. Against Vidyard, Dubb Pro is $209 a year cheaper per seat and connects to HubSpot without a sales quote; the plan detail is in our Vidyard pricing per seat guide. Loom is far cheaper but built for walkthroughs, not prospecting, so compare it only if your reps mostly record screen demos. A wider list of priced options sits in our Vidyard alternatives for sales teams.
Who should pay for Dubb
Real estate agents and loan officers use Dubb for listing walkthroughs, past client check-ins and text message video. Pro covers that for $499 a year, and the SMS campaigns are the reason many pick it over BombBomb Core.
Coaches and consultants use the branded landing pages, forms and calendar link to turn a video into a booked call. Pro is enough unless you want a custom domain on those pages, which is Pro Plus.
SDR and account executive teams should price the plan their CRM forces. On HubSpot, Pro. On Salesforce, Pro Plus. Video is one touch in a sequence, and teams that also want the phone side handled can add AI cold calling software that qualifies leads and books the meeting while reps keep recording the personal follow-ups.
How to keep the Dubb bill down
- Trial on Pro, then commit yearly. The trial needs no card. Two reps on monthly Pro for two months cost $236, which tells you whether reply rates move before you commit to $499 a seat.
- Put Pro Plus only where it is needed. If only the manager needs admin controls or only part of the team runs automation, ask Dubb whether a mixed team is allowed before buying Pro Plus for everyone.
- Skip the Sales Agent until video works. It is a separate product with its own credits. Prove the video workflow first.
- Watch the contact limits. Pro holds 10,000 contacts and Pro Plus 50,000. A brokerage importing a large sphere can hit the Pro cap before the seat price matters.
When the video needs a shot you cannot record
Dubb records your face and screen, and its avatar and text to video tools produce a presenter. What none of it produces is the scene itself: the property exterior at dusk before you tour it, the product in a customer's hands, the job site you are quoting. VideoMake renders that shot from a written prompt or a photo as a 4 to 12 second clip in 16:9 or 9:16, which you upload to Dubb or stitch into your message. Plans start at $49 a month at 1 credit per second of 720p video. More examples are on the AI b-roll generator page. VideoMake does not send video email, track views or replace Dubb.
Dubb pricing questions
How much does Dubb cost per month?
Dubb Pro costs $59 per user per month on monthly billing, or $42 per user per month billed yearly ($499 a year). Pro Plus costs $129 monthly or $90 per month billed yearly ($1,080 a year). Starter is free with a 25 video limit, and Enterprise is quoted. Prices are in US dollars before tax.
Does Dubb have a free plan?
Yes. Dubb Starter is free forever with no card, but it is limited to 25 SD videos, 25 MB uploads, basic landing pages and self-serve support, with no downloads, captions, calls to action or CRM connection. It works as an extended trial of the recorder. Any business use needs Pro or above.
Does Dubb integrate with Salesforce?
Yes, from Pro Plus. Dubb's plan comparison lists HubSpot on Pro, Pro Plus and Enterprise, and Salesforce on Pro Plus and Enterprise only. That makes Salesforce teams pay $1,080 per user a year on yearly billing instead of $499. Custom integrations and API access are Enterprise features.
Is Dubb cheaper than BombBomb?
Not at the entry level. BombBomb Core costs $36 per user per month billed annually, $432 a year, against $499 for Dubb Pro. Dubb Pro includes HubSpot, email and SMS campaigns and AI avatars, which BombBomb Core does not. BombBomb's CRM tier, Core + Copilot at $672, is cheaper than Dubb Pro Plus at $1,080.
What is the Dubb Sales Agent and how much does it cost?
The Dubb Sales Agent is an AI assistant that runs in Slack and handles lead research, email and phone verification, CRM updates and follow-ups. It costs $50 a month with 50,000 AI credits, separate from the video plans, and each action uses credits at a rate shown before it runs. A 7 day trial includes 25,000 credits.
Dubb is priced for people who sell for a living. If HubSpot is your CRM, Pro at $499 a seat a year is a fair line item. If Salesforce or admin control is a requirement, budget Pro Plus from the start, because that is the real price for your team.
