The short answer
BombBomb costs $36 per user per month on the Core plan billed annually, or $42 month to month. Core + Copilot, which adds AI writing help, team workflows and sending from Outreach, Microsoft Dynamics and Total Expert, costs $56 billed annually or $70 monthly. Enterprise, with API access and SSO, is quoted. There is no free plan, only a 14 day trial, so one annual Core seat is $432 a year and ten are $4,320.
Prices read from bombbomb.com/pricing in October 2026, in US dollars per user before sales tax. Aggregator sites still quote older plan names and prices.

What BombBomb costs a team of 1 to 25 users a year
Users times the published per user price for twelve months, before tax. Monthly billing is shown as twelve payments so you can see what flexibility costs. Enterprise is not in the table because BombBomb quotes it per team.
| Users | Core, annual | Core, monthly x 12 | Core + Copilot, annual | Core + Copilot, monthly x 12 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $432 | $504 | $672 | $840 |

$240
Copilot premium per user a year
On annual billing Copilot costs $672 against $432 for Core. For a 10 person team that is $2,400 a year for the CRM sending, workflows and AI writing help.
$168
Saved per Copilot seat by paying yearly
Monthly Copilot is $840 a year, annual is $672. On Core the gap is $72 per user. The annual price is a commitment, so run the trial and a month of real sending first.
10
Users before onboarding help
Guided setup and premium onboarding are listed for teams of 10 or more. Smaller teams get the knowledge base, training center, email support and chat.
Core or Core + Copilot for your team
BombBomb describes Copilot as the plan for systematic adoption. In plain terms you pay $20 more per user a month to get reps who do not like recording to send video anyway, and to send it from the CRM they live in.
Core is enough when
- People send video from Gmail, Outlook or the phone app, one message at a time, and nobody needs it logged in a CRM automatically.
- Your users already like being on camera, so scripts, speaker notes and team assignments would go unused.
- You are a solo agent, loan officer or advisor and the per user price is the whole budget.
Pay for Copilot when
- Reps work in Outreach or Microsoft Dynamics, or your mortgage team runs on Total Expert, and video has to go out from there.
- A manager wants to assign recording tasks, see team analytics and run automated workflows instead of chasing people.
- Adoption is the problem. Suggested scripts, example videos and AI speaker notes lower the effort of hitting record.
Salesforce and HubSpot are not named in the Copilot integration list. If your CRM is one of those, ask for the Enterprise quote with API access, or compare the published plans in our Vidyard alternatives for sales teams.
Who pays for BombBomb and on which plan
Agents send a 60 second walkthrough to a buyer, a thank you after closing and a market update to their sphere. Core at $432 a year covers that from the phone app and Gmail. A brokerage rolling it out to 25 agents is looking at $10,800 a year on Core before any discount BombBomb negotiates.
Loan officers who live in Total Expert need Core + Copilot, because sending from Total Expert is a Copilot feature. Ten loan officers cost $6,720 a year on annual billing. Compliance teams should also check the lock, password and expiration controls, which are on every plan.
SDRs on Outreach and account managers on Dynamics get the most from Copilot. Teams on Salesforce or HubSpot should price Dubb, Vidyard and Hippo Video alongside BombBomb, since those publish their CRM tiers.
How BombBomb pricing compares with Dubb, Vidyard and Loom
Per user prices from each vendor's own pricing page, checked in October 2026. BombBomb is the cheapest of the sales video tools on annual billing at the entry tier, and Loom is cheaper still if you only need recorded walkthroughs.
| Tool and plan | Per user, yearly billing | Per user, monthly billing | CRM sending | Free plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BombBomb Core | $36 | $42 | No, Gmail and Outlook only | No, 14 day trial |
| BombBomb Core + Copilot | $56 | $70 | Outreach, Dynamics, Total Expert | No |
| Dubb Pro | $42 ($499 a year) | $59 | HubSpot; Salesforce from Pro Plus | Yes, 25 SD videos |
| Vidyard Starter | $59 | $89 | Teams plan and above, quoted | Yes, limited |
| Hippo Video Teams | $60 | $75 | Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot | Yes, basic |
| Loom Business | About $15 | $18 | Salesforce on Enterprise | Yes, Starter |
Plan detail for each rival is in our Dubb pricing per user, Vidyard pricing per seat and Loom pricing for teams guides. If you record polished product demos rather than one to one messages, compare Tella pricing per user.
A face on camera and a shot of what you are selling
BombBomb works because the viewer sees a real person. The weak spot is everything around that person: the listing you have not toured yet, the warehouse a logistics client asked about, the product in use. Reps fill that gap with a screen share or a stock clip that looks like nobody's business.
VideoMake renders that shot from a written prompt or a still photo, as a 4 to 12 second clip in 16:9 or 9:16. Download the MP4 and upload it to BombBomb next to your recording, or stitch it in with BombBomb's editor. Plans start at $49 a month, and a clip costs 1 credit per second of 720p video.
What it does not do: VideoMake does not send video email, track opens or replace BombBomb. More examples of cutaways are on the AI b-roll generator page, or try a prompt in the video generator on our homepage.
Questions people ask about BombBomb pricing
How much does BombBomb cost per month?
+
BombBomb Core costs $42 per user per month on monthly billing, or $36 per user per month when billed annually. Core + Copilot costs $70 per user per month monthly, or $56 billed annually. Enterprise is quoted by BombBomb sales. Prices are in US dollars before tax, read from bombbomb.com/pricing.
Is there a free version of BombBomb?
+
No. BombBomb has no free plan. It offers a 14 day free trial, and you are not billed if you cancel before the trial ends. After that every user is a paid seat on Core, Core + Copilot or Enterprise, so plan the budget on the per user price rather than on a free tier.
How much does BombBomb cost a year?
+
On annual billing, one Core user costs $432 a year and one Core + Copilot user costs $672. On monthly billing the same seats cost $504 and $840 over twelve months. A 10 person team pays $4,320 a year on annual Core and $6,720 on annual Core + Copilot.
What is the difference between BombBomb Core and Copilot?
+
Core covers unlimited video messages, the Chrome and Edge extensions, Gmail and Outlook integration, editing, branding and viewer analytics. Core + Copilot adds AI speaker notes, titles and summaries, suggested scripts, smart team assignments, fallback video logic, automated workflows, a team analytics dashboard and sending from Outreach, Microsoft Dynamics and Total Expert.
Does BombBomb integrate with a CRM?
+
Yes, but not on Core. Sending videos from Outreach, Microsoft Dynamics and Total Expert starts on Core + Copilot at $56 per user a month billed annually. Open API access, SSO with SCIM and Okta, and role based access controls are on Enterprise, which BombBomb quotes per team.
Is BombBomb worth it for real estate agents?
+
For agents who already send video, Core at $36 a month on annual billing is a reasonable cost per closed deal: unlimited videos from Gmail, Outlook or the phone app, branded pages and watch alerts. Mortgage and real estate teams on Total Expert need Core + Copilot for the integration. Agents who rarely record video get more from a cheaper recorder.
Can I cancel BombBomb anytime?
+
You can cancel during the 14 day trial without being billed. After that, a monthly plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. An annual plan is a yearly commitment, and several reviewers on Capterra report that BombBomb did not refund the unused part of a year, so start monthly if you are unsure.
Does BombBomb have AI avatars or text to video?
+
No. BombBomb records you on camera or your screen and adds AI notes, titles, summaries and audio cleanup on Copilot. It does not generate a presenter or footage you never filmed. When a message needs a scene, such as a property exterior at dusk or a product in use, a generator such as VideoMake renders a 4 to 12 second clip from a prompt.
Your video message needs a shot you never filmed?
Describe the scene or upload a photo and get a 4 to 12 second clip in 16:9 or 9:16, cleared for commercial use, ready to send next to your recording.
