Vidyard alternative tools for sales teams priced by job
Dubb, BombBomb, Sendspark, Hippo Video, Supademo, Loom and Zight priced from their own pricing pages and sorted by sales job, with yearly costs for 5 and 10 reps and where Vidyard still wins.
The best Vidyard alternative depends on the sales job. For async prospecting video, Dubb Pro ($499 per rep a year) and BombBomb Core ($36 per rep a month, billed annually) cover what most SDR teams use Vidyard Starter for, at a lower seat price. For personalized video at scale, Sendspark is the strongest pick, and for click-through product demos, Supademo. If your reason for buying Vidyard is CRM-tracked video, Hippo Video Teams is the closest priced match.
Every price below was read from each vendor's own pricing page in October 2026, in US dollars per seat before tax. Where a vendor only quotes, we say so instead of guessing.
What you are actually replacing
Vidyard Starter costs $59 per seat a month billed annually, or $89 month to month, and the Video Agent add-on that sends AI avatar videos adds $24 a seat on annual billing. Salesforce and HubSpot data sync starts on Teams, which Vidyard quotes. Our full Vidyard pricing breakdown per seat has the plan details. The point for this article: a 10 rep team on Starter pays $7,080 a year before it gets CRM sync, so any alternative has to beat that number or beat the Teams quote.

Async prospecting video
This is the job most SDR teams bought Vidyard for: record a 60 second video in Gmail or LinkedIn, send it, see who watched. Dubb Pro does that with unlimited HD video, email and SMS campaigns, custom CTAs, a teleprompter and its Ava AI avatar, for $499 per user a year or $59 month to month. HubSpot connects on Pro; Salesforce needs Pro Plus at $1,080 per user a year. BombBomb Core at $36 a month on annual billing is the simpler choice for teams that send relationship video from Outlook and want viewer analytics without campaign tooling.
Personalized video at scale
Sendspark is built for this job. A rep records one video and Sendspark swaps in the prospect's name with a cloned voice and puts their website behind the rep. Pricing is per plan, not per seat: Growth is $828 a year with 3 seats, Team is $2,388 a year with 10 seats and 1,000 dynamic video minutes. Salesforce and webhook access start on Growth. It does not make a talking avatar, which is the main thing Vidyard's Video Agent still has over it.
The video is one touch in a sequence. The research behind it and the emails around it decide whether anyone presses play, and an AI SDR that researches each account and writes the outreach can cover that part while reps keep recording.
Demos and product walkthroughs
If your AEs mostly send product walkthroughs after a call, a sales video platform is more than you need. Supademo Scale is $38 per creator a month billed yearly for click-through interactive demos with tracking links and HubSpot. Loom Business at $18 a month, about $15 yearly, is the default for recorded walkthroughs; our Loom per-seat pricing guide covers the paid-member rule. Tella Pro at $13 yearly produces cleaner edited demos; see the Tella plan comparison.
CRM-tracked video
Hippo Video Teams is $60 per user a month on annual billing, $75 monthly, and works inside Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot and Freshsales, with team reports and 300 automated personalized videos. Salesforce sits on Enterprise at $80 per user a month, 10 seat minimum. That is a published price where Vidyard sends you to sales, which matters if procurement wants numbers before the first call.
What the switch costs for 5 and 10 reps a year
| Tool and plan | 5 reps a year | 10 reps a year |
|---|---|---|
| Vidyard Starter, annual | $3,540 | $7,080 |
| Vidyard Starter + Video Agent, annual | $4,980 | $9,960 |
| Dubb Pro | $2,495 | $4,990 |
| Dubb Pro Plus (Salesforce) | $5,400 | $10,800 |
| BombBomb Core | $2,160 | $4,320 |
| BombBomb Core + Copilot | $3,360 | $6,720 |
| Sendspark Team (up to 10 seats) | $2,388 | $2,388 |
| Hippo Video Teams | $3,600 | $7,200 |
| Supademo Scale | $2,280 | $4,560 |
| Loom Business, yearly | About $900 | About $1,800 |
| Zight Collaborate | $720 | $1,440 |
Sendspark Growth with 2 extra seats would come to roughly $1,908 for 5 reps if the listed $45 a month extra seat rate applies on annual billing; confirm that at checkout. For a team that wants the lowest bill and only needs screen and camera recording, ScreenPal's team plan at $8 per user with a 3 seat minimum costs $480 a year for 5 reps, and Screencastify's plans are worth a look for training content rather than outbound.
What does Vidyard still do better?
Two things. Vidyard's analytics are built around sales reporting: team performance dashboards, per-rep video activity and, on Teams, views written back to the contact in Salesforce or HubSpot. And Video Agent triggers avatar videos from buyer actions in Salesloft, Marketo or HubSpot. If your sales ops lead reports video by pipeline influenced, get the Teams quote before you switch.
Who are Vidyard's competitors?
For sales video, the direct competitors are Dubb, BombBomb, Hippo Video and Sendspark, which all sell recording, hosting, CTAs and viewer tracking to revenue teams. Loom, Zight, Tella and ScreenPal compete for walkthrough and internal video. Supademo competes for the product demo job, with interactive click-through tours instead of recorded video.
Is there a free alternative to Vidyard?
Yes, but not for a team with quota. Dubb, Loom, Hippo Video and Zight all have no-cost tiers, and each caps recordings, hides analytics or drops branding and CTAs. A rep testing video can start there; a team sending video daily is better off on a paid plan from the tables above.
Is Loom a good Vidyard alternative?
For demos, onboarding and internal updates, yes, and at about $15 a seat yearly it is a quarter of Vidyard Starter. For outbound prospecting it is weaker: viewer insights are basic, there are no sales CTA templates or avatars, and Salesforce is Enterprise only. Most SDR teams that move off Vidyard pick Dubb, BombBomb or Sendspark rather than Loom.
Is Vidyard worth it for a small sales team?
For 2 to 5 reps without a CRM sync requirement, usually not. Starter at $708 per seat a year buys analytics and CTAs that Dubb Pro and BombBomb Core offer for less. Vidyard earns its price at larger teams that need Teams-level CRM reporting or Video Agent automation, where the per-seat gap matters less than pipeline attribution.
Where an AI scene clip fits in a sales video
None of these tools show the buyer's world: their kind of warehouse, a crew using the product on site, a storefront at closing time. A few seconds of that at the start of a prospecting video makes it feel specific. Our AI video generator turns a text prompt or product photo into a 4 to 12 second clip in 720p or 1080p, about $1 per second of video, with plans from $49 a month. It does not record your screen, host videos, sync with a CRM or make avatars, so treat it as a cutaway source alongside whichever tool above you choose, not as a Vidyard replacement.
How to pick in one afternoon
- Name the job first. Prospecting, personalization, demos or CRM tracking. Each points to a different tool in the table.
- Price the CRM requirement honestly. If Salesforce sync is mandatory, compare Dubb Pro Plus, Hippo Video Enterprise and the Vidyard Teams quote, not Starter.
- Seat only the people who record. Viewers never need seats on any of these tools.
- Run a two week pilot with 2 reps on monthly billing and compare reply rates before committing to an annual contract.
